We will help build strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and self-confidence. Our highly experienced instructors bring portable gymnastics equipment: bars, balance beams, mini trampoline, and other special-shaped equipment to teach gymnastics to children. each session includes a warm-up, circuit training, tumbling, gymnastics progressions, conditioning, and cool-down exercises. Classes are designed to increase strength, and flexibility while learning skills, and having fun! https://gymgokids.com/ What to wear Leotards: The most common and recommended attire, available in various styles and lengths. Footwear: Bare feet are safest for grip and are the most common choice. Socks are allowed; they should be non-slip. Only close toe shoes What to avoid Loose clothing: Avoid baggy clothes, zippers, buttons, or dangling strings that could snag on equipment. Jewelry: Remove all jewelry, including necklaces, bracelets, and rings, as they pose a safety risk. Stud earrings are sometimes allowed if taped securely. Socks or tights on feet: These can make the equipment too slippery for a gymnast to grip properly. Hair and accessories: Tie long hair back in a ponytail, braid, or bun to keep it away from your face and equipment. Soccer: K-3 | Wednesday, 2:15-3:30 | 14 Classes, August 26 - December 9 | $395 **Please note this class is done outside and incase of inclement weather, the days class will be cancelled and rescheduled for end of December.** Overtime Sports Soccer Class introduces young players to the fundamentals of the game in a fun, energetic, and supportive environment. Students will learn dribbling, passing, shooting, teamwork, and good sportsmanship through engaging drills and small-sided games. Each session focuses on building confidence, coordination, and a love for the game, while keeping kids active and smiling! Dress Code: Kids should wear comfortable athletic clothes that allow them to move easily — shorts or athletic pants, and a t-shirt or sports top. Tap-Ballet PK-2 | Fridays, 2:15-3:30 14 Classes, August 28 - December 11 | $395 STUDIO GO is a great class for the young dancer who wants to learn the fundamentals of both Tap Ballet. Classes touch on both warm-up and technique of both disciplines, as well as proper arm, leg, and foot positions. Studio Go's Tap Ballet program is a progressive program that introduces more complex technique and patterns of movement to challenge the elementary student. These classes are perfect for both beginners and the more serious dance student. Teachers are prepared evaluate where each student is at to make sure that all students are both comfortable and challenged at the same time. Dress Code: Girls: Black leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes, and black tap shoes. Skirt is optional. Boys: White top, black shorts/pants, black ballet shoes, and tap shoes.
