We will help build strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and self-confidence. Our highly experienced instructors bring portable gymnastics equipment: bars, balance beams, mini trampoline, and other special-shaped equipment to teach gymnastics to children. each session includes a warm-up, circuit training, tumbling, gymnastics progressions, conditioning, and cool-down exercises. Socks are allowed; they should be non-slip.
